extrusions used in
applications from lamp
close-outs to automotive air conditioning evaporator seals. An adhesive tape system which is heat laminated to the extrusions to form a foam tearing bond allows a method of attachment eliminating the need for the mechanical bonding, heat staking, welding, stapling or clips which adds cost and time at place of assembly. Transfer tapes and direct coated adhesives offer the flexibility to meet the specific requirements of the application maintaining cost expectations.
Materials available to meet your needs, include, EPDM, NR, CR, and Silicone materials. Product applications include weather-stripping, automotive lamp closeouts, HVAC cowl seals and wiper blades for the automotive market, in addition to industrial and recreational vehicle applications.
