Our Plastic Extrusion
UniTek SealingSolutions has developed extrusion processing
techniques which
provide flexibility in resin placement within a given cross section. This
allows us to custom
engineer the location of resins dependent upon the wear characteristics desired by a customer's specified application. These systems are a patented series of products utilizing a high-performance thermoplastic elastomer which can be selectively co-extruded with a unique polyolefin resin. These self-lubricating properties result in unsurpassed abrasion resistance and provide superior sealing performance when compared with existing sealing materials. The Tokiwa Sealing System is lightweight, cost-effective, abrasion resistant, superior tear strength fortified and has complete component recyclability.

Currently, UniTek Sealing Solutions offers many products within the plastic extrusion field. These include, but are not limited to Profile Extruded, TPE, TPO,TPV, PVC, PP Products and Assemblies.Our Current Customer Industries
As of April 2007, UniTek Sealing Solutions currently serves customers in Automotive, Recreational Vehicle, and Industrial Accounts. We also have planned workin architectural, agricultural, and construction equipment markets.
