Concrete self-tapping anchors-define a new concrete fastening plan

The traditional method of concrete fasteners is the use of expansion bolts for fastening. But the disadvantages of expansion bolts are obvious:

1. Large margins are required for the installation of concrete substrates. If the margin is too small, it will directly cause the concrete to crack due to expansion.

2. The lock bite range is small. The entire part where the expansion bolt engages with the concrete is only the bottom part of the expansion pipe.

3. The installation is complicated and the construction efficiency is low. The installation of expansion bolts requires five steps: drilling, embedding, disassembly, installation, and tightening.

4. It cannot be disassembled and reused. Once violently demolished, it will only cause cone-shaped damage to the concrete substrate.

The emergence of concrete self-tapping anchors can just solve the disadvantages of expansion anchors. The integrated screw design completely abandons the complicated installation process. Just pass the pre-drilled hole and use a pistol drill with a slight impact effect to penetrate the concrete substrate. The construction efficiency is higher, the occlusal range is longer, and the most important thing is that it can be repeatedly installed and used without causing cone damage to the concrete substrate.

The concrete self-tapping anchor breaks the tradition and defines a new fastening scheme. The concrete self-tapping anchor developed by Hebang Technology is mainly made of 410 stainless steel. Through special vacuum heat treatment technology, the screw has ultra-high hardness and can attack high-hardness concrete blocks. At the same time, it has the anti-rust ability that is difficult to match with carbon steel materials.
